Now that my King's Lynn book project is finally complete, I have begun work on my next project, church ruins, abbeys and castles! There are some amazing churches thick with ivy, and beautiful abbeys and priories in Norfolk. First is St George's church in Hindolveston....quite a spooky place, full of shadow..I followed a winding path between old gravestones to find a way in. It has been too long since I posted a blog post! This summer my partner and I did the NC500 road trip around Scotland. We visited some stunning places, saw many beautiful mountains (Jon’s first time seeing them!) and had an extra few days to visit Skye too. A joint favourite was seeing ravens atop the Applecross Pass! Here are some photos of the places I sketched and the places we saw.
